Effective June 2026.
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics and PostHog Cloud US to understand anonymous site usage and reliability. Analytics are used for private operator dashboards only; there is no public analytics page.
What analytics may collect
- A random anonymous local identifier.
- Pages visited and selected interactions.
- Timestamps.
- Referral source, reduced to a safe URL or external origin.
- Browser and device information.
- Approximate geographic information.
- Sanitized campaign parameters: utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign.
What analytics should not collect
The analytics implementation is designed not to intentionally collect directly identifying visitor data, sensitive account data, payment data, raw search text, full error messages, response bodies, or raw IP addresses retained in PostHog.
Opt out
You can turn analytics off for this browser. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track also disable analytics where technically practical.
Retention and contact
PostHog Cloud US retains product analytics data for up to seven years. Vercel Web Analytics keeps only aggregate, anonymous usage data. For privacy questions, contact Glen.Scher@marcusmillichap.com.
